Cookie & Storage Policy

Last updated: 6 September 2026

Melivar uses cookies and browser storage primarily to keep the application working, protect sessions, remember preferences and support security and fraud prevention.

1. Essential technologies

Essential browser storage can include authentication/session state, language and theme preferences, cookie-consent preferences and a pseudonymous device token used as one signal in referral-abuse prevention. Blocking essential storage can prevent sign-in, checkout or other features from working correctly.

2. Preference technologies

Melivar may store choices such as theme, language and interface settings locally in the browser so the site can remember them on the next visit.

3. Third-party technologies

Features such as payments, translation, embedded media and video services can load third-party code when those features are used. Those providers may set their own cookies or browser storage under their own policies.

4. Consent preference

The cookie banner records an essential consent-preference value so Melivar does not repeatedly display the prompt after a choice. This preference does not replace a third-party provider's own controls or policies.

5. Managing cookies

You can clear site data or block cookies in your browser. Clearing storage can sign you out and reset local preferences. Browser controls vary by device and browser.

6. Contact

For cookie or privacy questions, contact dev@melivar.com.
