Payments
Supported payment methods and prices are shown inside the applicable checkout or contribution flow. Payment providers may process payment details directly.
Refunds
Refund eligibility can depend on the product type, transaction state, seller terms and Melivar protection rules. Use the support and transaction workflow associated with the transaction rather than relying on an informal promise from a seller.
Protection
Where purchase protection or escrow is available, eligibility, claim windows and release rules are controlled by the applicable platform workflow and may differ between products and services.
Disputes
Keep payment confirmations, delivery evidence and relevant messages when resolving a transaction issue.
Escrow and task payments
Job/task contracts and eligible task payments may be held in escrow until the supported completion and confirmation conditions are satisfied. Requests and learning requests are not funded merely by being posted.
