These Terms describe the basic rules for using Melivar. Melivar is a platform for marketplace listings, digital products, services, courses, freelancing, websites, campaigns, gaming activities, community features and related tools.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for information you submit, protecting your login credentials and activity performed through your account. Do not impersonate another person or create an account for unlawful purposes.
2. User content
You retain your rights in content you upload. You give Melivar the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, process, moderate and deliver that content as part of the selected feature. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use.
3. Marketplace transactions
Listings must accurately describe what is being offered, the price, delivery method and any important limitations. Buyers should review a listing before purchasing. Platform payment, escrow, protection, refund and payout rules may vary by feature and the terms shown at checkout.
4. Websites and templates
Website Builder users may create websites and publish eligible sites according to the current plan and domain rules. Templates may be launched into the public template marketplace for free. A template seller is responsible for having the rights to the design, code, images, fonts and other included assets.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use Melivar for fraud, malware distribution, unlawful products or services, harassment, unauthorized access, infringement, deceptive financial claims or attempts to bypass platform security or payment controls.
6. Payments, fees and availability
Displayed prices, platform fees, plan limits and supported payment methods are subject to the current platform configuration. Melivar may temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, fraud prevention or legal requirements.
7. Suspension and termination
Melivar may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties, including in response to policy violations or security risks.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated when platform features, policies or legal requirements change. The effective date above indicates the current version.
